You can also set the correct distance between the seat and the pedals to avoid pressure on your knees and ankles and prevent the risk of injuries. You can lean your back against the nice breathable backrest which offers optimal ventilation. The backrest can also be adjusted to your ideal seating position and ensures your back is supported.
